All that is true canne.  But with more milestones achieved, we should get more clarity to Baja's chance of survival.    One day we should know our % of ownership and our liabilites.

I am not buying nor selling nor pumping the stock for that matter.  Just reminding any interested shareholders of what is potentially on the horizon for December.  I certainly understand your level of pessimism based upon the history of this company.  I voted against several of the Board recommended proposals on the Circular since I want more information before I put my trust in management.
