superss,AvalonThanks for the input.I have sent an e-mail of the postings to Terry Flannigan(Chesbar)as they are valid concerns that I dont have the answers to.I'm under the impression their are no cathes to these permits and the Lawyers have assured us of sound contracts.I have attached the last news release from Chesbar regarding the final permits.I probably wont have a responce this week as he is out of town untill Monday.

An affectation for exploration permit has been issued by the Venezuelan Ministry
of the Environment to authorize work on the La Salle I property in the Anacoco
area. This is the final permit required from the ministry pursuant to terms of the
occupancy permit which has already been issued as announced in Stockwatch
July 4 1997.
With these permits now in hand, the company looks forward to an aggressive
program of diamond drilling to follow up on the encouraging results of previous
work on the property.
