psouami and allI talked to Terry from Chesbar first thing today and he addressed some of your concerns. The Veta/alluvial rights have been gazetted quite some time ago. He is going to look up in his records and send to me. This might take a couple of days as he just got back therefore I'll post when received. Also he is working on the next update /news release and should be out next week. He said that things couldn't look better for chesbars future and Terry sounded more excited than usual.
Also the rumor of the done deal with Barrick was just that a rumor. I forgot who posted it with the comments his broker normally doesn’t hype should think about it. If he doesn’t hype than why tell you this without facts. I still believe that Barrick will eventually take us out but not just yet.
