Now where does the insider concerns come in here lets analyse.

-Do you want CBI to use all the money in the bank?(I hope your answer is no or we would become desperate and major dilution) so doesnt it make sense some sort of financing will have to be done.Besides how many companies have publicly stated they need money is that inside info or info to the shareholders.
So again I'm not sure what you think I know other then common sense(rihgt or wrong).If you are truly worried about me please its OK. If I was in the 100% (oh I am after the fact)know I would have bailed and picked up cheap stock.If others are worried again let me know as I do have better things to do then try and help CBI with some up front IR to all of you(my second motive is to protect my investments from the sorts of karras).Enigma I'm not offended but you have the tone of something shady here with either CBI or myself.If I'm wrong then my mistake and lets get on helping each other with whatever info we can suck out of this company.I have small mans complex and would be ten feet tall if I could get info that will make you all money but at the same time I have to respect the rules for my sake and CBI's.Another thing I checked on in Ontario you have to place $150,000 min into private placements in Alberta and BC its only $97,000.So if a private does come out in the coming months(again only my opinion) start saving.
