Al;ex trys to spin that CPTAQ had denied CCB a permit to mine and secondly had only granted CCB two years to drill and recover the information that CCB was HIDING from CPTAQ. Totally spurious lies and meant to wedge the truth as though CPTAQ was going after CCB for cause. The facts are

- CPTAQ does not issue permits to mine; that's MERN's function!
- CPTAQ does not hold public meeting on dust, noise, lights, traffic or vibration, that is the function of BAPE!
- The statement by CPTAQ is quite clear; "CPTAQ finds no reason not to allow the Miller Project to proceed!
- The CPTAQ Agronomist finds no viable agricultural use other than trees at the Miller site.
- The CPTAQ Forester finds only 9 tappable maple stems on the entire Miller site.
- CPTAQ does not hold public meetings for dust, noise, lights or any other purpose than agriculture; that is the function of BAPE!
- Never-the-less, CPTAQ did hold a virtual meeting in which gslr did not present a single new issue and was a complete bust!
- CPTAQ granted CCB two year to complete the pit definitions to determine the pits extents to complete the file.
- CPTAQ further stated that gslr may have their Agronomist and Forester attend but not interfere CCB's drilling program!
- CPTAQ further ordered gslr to pay for their own experts and not CCB!
- CPTAQ further advised CCB to have their own Forseter attend to verify and advise on the drill set up sites to assure the least harm is done during the drilling to protect CCB from accusations of damage that may be voiced by gslr!
- It appears that everything that Alex spouts out only amounts to a pile of horse apples!
