This is significant

This is significantCanada Carbon and its investors have been waiting a LONG time for just this, "’Canada Carbon has always sought to have the Miller Graphite Project evaluated solely on its merits." Now CPTAQ can do its evaluation, hopefully quickly and thoroughly, and CCB can get on with creating its small, safe, beneficial to community and country operation.

The sp has languished here forever. CCB finally establishing its legal right to operate, virtually unchanged from years ago when the 'troubles' started, should get the market value back in line with the amazing value of the company. Good luck to all.

"GSLR hereby acknowledges that its subdivision, zoning, construction, or other by-laws cannot impede the Company's graphite mine project in accordance with the Mining Act and are not enforceable against it. Consequently, GSLR’s attorneys have explicitly acknowledged the validity of the Company’s CPTAQ application.  This recognition by GSLR holds significance, as it allows the CPTAQ to evaluate the Company's authorization application on the merits of the project and without any additional delays."
