Not sure if there has been no filings insider reports for the last 18 months by Nelson should not be any big deal. If he has not done any trading why would there be any filings? From my understanding Regberg Ltd or Nelson Borch have always held up their end of the arrangement with CCD. Also they brought potential deep pocket joint venture players to the table but were always turned away because BB was afraid of giving anything up to get more back. Gotta remember when the deal with Regberg was done we were not even trading, suspended. They tossed us a life line because we were broke. Now I have always wondered if Regberg would try and pick up what is left of CCD and run with it themselves.
