SAUSAGE

SAUSAGE SAUSAGE

CCD is like Sausage. It might look intriguing, kind of stink but taste good until you find out what the ingredients are. Bad is just that, rotten for your guts. That is what represents CCD at our board level.

Last week I contact some regulatory agents and asked them some questions about CCD. In both cases they acknowledge they had some concerns in regards to CCD. They never said they had opened a file but did say they were looking at the company.

My guess is this is why Harder got bumped as CFO today and the company appointed someone with a little industry knowledge about accounting. This must be a first because after reviewing our recent financial statements it would appear that the new guard are just a continuation of the old guard. BB must be enjoying watching what will unfold, even if it is been led by another Harder. Go figure. The family he hated the most is back in charge and add to further insult his estate has given their share proxy to Harder.

One question I asked the regulatory official was the "defect has been moving in the wrong direction. Where has all the money gone over the years? It has all gone to personal benefit and not shareholder value and now we are seeing the same players do it all over again". Answer, "it does appear that way". I wonder what else concerns them!

So now we have a new/retread CEO that has a Doc designation beside his name. Looks impressive until you talk to him. He is more interested in promoting the Jamaican High Life than CCD. He is pulling the wool over your eyes. His only interest is promoting weed from Jamaica but to the rest of us we see a guy in Harder/InCoR hip pocket doing what he has always done before....be a 'yes' man to BB, now Harder, and collect free options and lot's of them.

Most companies promote themselves to see their shares move higher. Not CCD, they do the opposite because they know the assets are worth much more then the current capitalization of our share price. They want the shares trading lower so they can sell them for their personal gain. Today when it looked like all the sellers had finished selling at 5 cents it looked like we were going to break higher, finally. Then anonymous quickly comes out and dumps a hundred thousand shares at 4.5 and puts another 100,000 on the offer at 5 for good measure. Now that is not much money but the goal was to put a quick stop to any upside momentum. The goal is to rip the heart out of anyone that wants to buy an undervalued overlooked mining company during a mining bull market. Watch the trading and you will see Harder/InCoR true intentions. Look at Zinc One and see for yourself what are future is if things do not change by November.

If a company wants to be taken seriously you do not get in bed with InCoR. Harder is the new version of Bourbon Bill McWilliams. Everyone in the industry with any respectability will continue to avoid CCD and treat us with utter content because of this association. Just like our CEO who has been pimped and everyone knows he is a disgrace to his profession.

Today's news about not accepting Borch/Redburg propose shareholder meeting says volumes. One, they toss Ecclestone under the bus and in a very disrespectful manner. I mean what kind of people say these sort of things in a company news release. They have to be rotten to the core. If changes do not happen before November 18 shareholder meeting he is gone.

Secondly, they nix the offer because of a technicality. Fair enough. If someone is going to crash your personal bank party you better know the rules of the game. But, and this is a big but.... again, the disrespect for a 30% partner the current Board has shown is really saying a lot about what kind of people are running CCD, not to mention those that support them. A 30% partner and board member and you toss them under the bus then back up and run over them several more times.

It is easy and obvious to the industry why nobody will even consider to take our board with even a grain of respect. If you have not figure it out on your own these are just really rotten people. Welcome to the board Tsai!

Let us see if Borch/Redburg come back to the table or if they feel the fight is not worth fighting. No question that is what Harder/InCoR hope for.
