The sky has fallen in....

Borch has withdrawn the request for a Meeting to change the BoD leaving Ecclestone stranded.

Borch is a weak snake !

No doubt a proverbial brown paper bag has been filled and stuffed inside his pizza delivery.

The lifeboat is not coming folks !

Yes he has, but not for the reason your stating.  I think you have to start wondering what Eccelstone brings to the table.....not much.  Borch figured it out with a litle help.

It was under his management that the stock got to 5.5cts (from 1.5cts). Since his departure the stock has not traded at those levels again. But who cares abot the price as a measure of success?

His management....give me a break.  He didn't do anything, and wanted to get start getting paid a salary which the company could ill afford.   Not too mention he has no track record of sucess anywhere in the mining industry.  He calls himself an anallyst, mining strategist and  head of research etc. in his previous endeavours.  No operating experience in any ...more

Rareearth, 1. You state that "he didn't do anything" as though this is an accepted fact, not a matter of opinion. What is your position within the company so that you know that this is a fact? 2. You state that he was demanding a salary, and even assuming this is true, how is this the mark of a bad professional? 3. Given that paying a board member is difficult for this company, does ...more

He was trying to get a salary when he was CEO, not as a board member.  Most companies do not pay a salary to board members and if they do it's insignificant, especially in struggling penny stocks with no cash.  Usually options are granted in my experience with companies that I have been involved with at a shareholder/board level.  Seems he would have been smart enough to ...more

The Q. should be....What sort of BoD appoints a CEO then shuns him in regard to a package and blocks all the changes previously agreed prior to the appointment ? Apportioning blame to an incoming CEO who was blocked at every hurdle just proves that the management at CCD are not fit for purpose.
Comment by BlueDefender87 on Oct 15, 2020 6:04am
Your logic is bonkers ! Causer apparently got rewarded for abject failure and yet Ecclestone received nothing in cash stock or options for trying to change the course of CCD which BoD had previously wanted him to do.
Comment by BlueDefender87 on Oct 15, 2020 6:05am
Exactly ! Further sp pain & dilution is imminent.
Comment by BlueDefender87 on Oct 15, 2020 6:10am
Borch didn't figure out anything other than his own stupidity. As a 30% holder thro' Redburg he had no sway other than the breaches to the original shareholder agreement. External shareholders would surely demand full disclosure and transparency as to to why Borch pulled the Meeting whereby he called for changes to BoD.  Slamming Ecclestone who drove the sp from 1 1/2 to 5 during his ...more

Yes,  Borsch owns 30%,  but it's in Cascadero Minerals.  The real point was Ecclesonte doesn't have any mining experience,  just a analyst with no track recored of success.  But you think your not a disgrace for carrying this guys water, dont make me laugh.  Since your so well informed maybe you can tell us all what sir ecclestone did to make the  share ...more

You can defend the BoD as much as you like but this same BoD appointed Ecclestone. At least Ecclestone has mining experience and an understanding of mining per se which is more than can be said for some of the others. It's not coincidental that the BoD took umbrance at Ecclestone just as he was asking some awkward & pertinent questions regarding procedures, transactions etc. By clamming up ...more

I'm not defending anyone at this company BTW,  especially the board.   As a former CEO of 3 different companies I'm well aware how a CEO should interact with it's board and shareholders. Obviously Bill was adept at hiding glaring misdeeds over the years at the  expense of shareholders and I deplored his opaque management style.  I had a few stern ...more

Well well well RareEarth1.......it appears the whistleblower Ecclestone has decided to resign leaving the vipers to rule the pit. Shame you didn't speak up earlier and make contact with Ecclestone whilst he was CEO. The Canadian authorities need to look at the antics here as CCD is an abject example of subterfuge, smoke and mirrors. If so many knew why haven't they done something for the ...more

Well well,  I coudl give a damn about Argentine FR as Bill is long long gone.  You guys spend so much time looking in the rear view mirror you probably didn't buy any CCD at .01.  I guess the stock is up because Ecclestone did resign,  too funy.  And I don't really care that he's gone either as like I said before he didn't do a damn thing while he was ...more

Ecclestone was blocked internally from doing anything positive. As for the sp during hIS tenure it rose but don't let a small fact get in the way of your bitterness.
