but still not going anywhere . It needs a major breakout and I doubt that will happen anytime soon. Oh well today was better than nothing as nothing is what has been going on for sometime now. Maybe tomorrow ??

Do you really expect a move up in the share price when the existing owners can now buy at 0.015 in the private offering? I don't expect any moves before 13 January, when that offering expires. And even then I only expect a move if there is positive news on the cash raise and on future projects.

Nedbill, I haven't been through one of these offerings before but I don't plan on buying shares at 1.5 cents when I can just buy them on the open market at the same price. Question, how can Level 2 show 2 milllion of the CCD.RT shares at ASK at half a cent when the buyer would have had to pay 1.5 cents?  Or do I have to pay 1.5 cents on Jan 13th if I am holding them? I had the same questions and I really don't know. The only thing that made me consider buying the offering is that it puts money in the company's hands for the project and, to be realistic, it's literally the only thing that would make this stock move. They need money and partnerships to get stuff done. So in that sense I'm hoping they raise all the cash.
