RE:The upswingAucontraireII I hope you are right but I have a nagging pain in my gut that says not. We have a fantastic bull market going on and mini caps are shooting towards the stars yet CCD just seems to lack any conviction and rightfully so. To date the new management has not given us any hope other than 'hey we are here and we have a ton of personal interest to get our own investment paid out so hang in there'. Yes, the stock price is up, a little. This is great. But it looks to me as if they are just trying to do the very least to walk the price up towards 5 cents to do a similar arrangement with the British bottom feeders from two years ago. If I am right then this will not be a good deal for shareholders.
Management yes but not shareholders. Up holding their fiduciary duty has always been questionable at best and to date nothing looks to have changed. May they prove me wrong.
