Mr. Lorne Harder reports

CHRISTOPHER ECCLESTONE RESIGNS AS CEO

Cascadero Copper Corp.'s Christopher Ecclestone has tendered his resignation as the chief executive officer of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Ecclestone will continue in his role as a non-executive director of the company.

The board of directors will oversee the day-to-day management of the company until such time that a new CEO is appointed.

Ecclestone is NOT "out the door". He stood down because of reasons which no doubt will slip out into the public domain in the coming days but he retains his Directorship in a Non-Executive capacity. This doesn't look good for Gage, Harder & Andrews who have cleary thwarted Ecclestone's plans for a fresh start.  The suspicion is that InCor's appetite for shareholder ...more

Why is Harder putting out the releases when Gale is the chairman? This is all very strange. Will Gale be next to go?

Things sure appear as you say T4C. I don't like the look of that... whenever they bring in a new person who might help the company that person bails within a couple of months. That simply cannot be a good sign. Hope somehow I'm wrong.

I get what you are saying. Here is the but, and this is a big deceive BUT. Whoever replaces Ecclestone will be the key. If the replacement is a Regburg/Golden type of person that is a hands on mining person or a two face scumbag yes person too Harder/InCoR retread. If it is the later then we are going the same direction as Search Minerals and Zinc. If it is the former then we are 20 cent bid ...more

My first thought when I hear that Ecclestone resigns is : "this is bad". Time4change's point on replacement is key I think.  I tried calling Harder yesterday, but it went straight to voicemail.  Has anyone been able to reach him, or Ecclestone, for that matter? It would be very useful if someone could feedback any info to the board.  When is the next Shareholder ...more
