I am boggled that they are not trying to oust Lorne Harder as well.

Has he changed sides? Has he abandoned the ranks of InCor? Certainly the deep discount rights issue is not in the interest of Harder and his relatives. The ranks seem to be splitting.

Funny old world ! One group want to drive value, the other are like a LP stuck in a groove destroying value. Minority shareholders should support the removal.of Gale Andrews etc

LoL. Have you seen any sign over the years of any of the boards of CCD ever paying any attention to their very worthy advisors? If they had it wouldn't be such a mess.

  Advisory board are just window dressing in most cases,  especially in this sector.   You have no idea what if any of the AB members have ever given any advice to anyone at the board level or management for that matter.  I'm curious if  you have ever talked with Bill,  Brian, Judith or Lorne at any time in the past few years?
