IR is not sharing the fact that the First Nations are holding up this show. This stems from the water shed contamination from the Elk Valley flowing to the Kootenay and on to the Columbia. No new mines will be permitted until Teck (Elk Valley Coal) cleans up it's act. Talk to Horgan.

The Selenium has been cut from entering the Elk River and is no longer a problem. But yes the problem now is the First Nation Band that is holding this Mine from getting a permit. I'm First Nation and I wouldn't want to be dealing with this Band.
