In addition, it produces and distributes Heineken beer; distributes Sol beer and Budweiser beer, and distributes and produces Kunstmann and Austral beer in Chile. The International Business segment includes operations in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. The Company, through Vina San Pedro Tarapaca S.A. (VSPT), produces and markets a range of wine products for the domestic and mainly the export market.

Yup! Quite the kick in the crotch. Company sells its highly prospective Turkish asset for a nominal $1 million cash and then a couple months later gets the entire company taken over for $1.288 million. I tell ya, this is the gift that keeps on giving.

And has anyone looked at the company acquiring us? From one company that never does anything to another company that never does anything.
