RE: SHARES

RE: SHARESYeah, when David Cowan announced the scrutinners report that blew me away. At that point in the AGM there were 46 registered shareholders present representing 88 million share and with proxies I think the total came to 106 million. We know CF has just under 90 million - 89 something - so the number did not include Chuck. Do the math that is nearly 2 million shares average for those in attendance. Now I have a lot of shares and am doing my best to keep that average up but I know I don't have 2 million at least not yet and neither does Chad or Vern Frolick. That leaves me with one guess - we had one or more institutional representitives present. Institutional investors hold about 1/3 of the shares and I don't think after what they heard on Friday they will be selling anytime soon. Any comments? IKNOWALL: i am digging through my notes/recording for John's precise wording I'll need some time as life gets in the away of research often. To the fellow who was looking for samples: Go back and look at the news releases at the beginning of 2006 ( afterall CD puts out so many) and read the assay of the nickle intercept in that Suwar drill hole. I had a look at that core as it was on display at the AGM that January. Black and heavy, you could see the pendlandite in the core. Now go and look at the stock chart after that interseption was announced. A JV announcement will make that blip look insignificant. PBOD Re: who my opinion on the JV partner is. Not just the NR or CF and CU saying the "world's largest mining companies", but other just a credible (in my opinion) sources. P10
