CONTROL

CONTROLI keep wondering why Vale would want to be the one to give out press releases. Yet, Vale wanted and has control of  the press releases. The only reason I can think of is CONTROL. Vale has in effect gained control of Cantes share price by controlling the press releases, thus controlling knowledge about the sample results, keeping the price down but keeping drill results to themselves.  Why would Vale do this? Easier to buy out the company they are cointrolling. Keep the news to themselves, value of cantex stays low, Vale makes Cantex look cheap, share price stays low, investors loose interest and Vale buys the company well under the real value. Vale has bought up a lot of campanies in the last 8 years.  Thats the way I see it, thats my opinion and time will prove me right or wrong.
