Alternate Symbol(s):  CTXDF

Cantex Mine Development Corp. is an exploration stage company. Its principal business activity is the exploration and development of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits, and it is considered to be at the exploration stage. It is focused on its 100% owned 20,000-hectare (ha) North Rackla Project located about 150 kilometers (km) northeast of the town of Mayo in the Yukon Territory, Canada where high-grade massive sulphide mineralization has been discovered. Over 60,000 meters of drilling has defined high grade silver-lead-zinc-germanium mineralization over 2.3 km of strike length and 700 meters depth. It has a 100% interest in four mineral properties in Nevada. It has two projects in Yemen: Al Hariqah (Gold) and Al Masna (Nickel, Copper, Cobalt). The Al Hariqah is a near-surface gold deposit located about 130 km northwest of Sana’a, Yemen. The Al Masna’a nickel, copper, cobalt project is located in the Saadah region some 205 km north-northwest of the capital city, Sana’a.

AGM Results

AGM ResultsSome of the more pertinent details I was able to get out of the meeting: 1. Hole #4 – results not significant enough to report – no mineralization 2. Suwar is gently dipping to SW approx. 50-55 degrees 3. Suwar is open pit mineable CF-“pretty much it is however there will be some waste rock areas as per many other mines” 4. Al H is about 1/3rd complete 5. TSE listing – they now have sufficient results to get this going soon. TSE would love to have another CF Co. listed. Will be a priority for JD. 6. CF – “Yemen gossens really impressive” whatever that means. 7. Over the summer they will be going to spread the word to analysts now that they have “meat” before it was too speculative given BreX 8. JV – “basically a done deal hoped to have it for announcement for AGM” CF said there are incentives to get mining faster than normal as my contact said. 9. CF “Suwar S & N – right on strike!!!!! (?) 10. Hole 11 – CF referred to this twice as having platinum 11. Reason for info. Delay past 4 months CF – This was due to slow assay results from assay companies who later appologized but they were deliberately slow and cautious due to standards set by CF and BreX scandal. 12. 10 area “licences” now held (vs. prospecting permits) CF said some of these are pretty exciting! Would appreciate geologist take on the numbers when available. Cash
