Thank you everyone for your replies to my post. I truly appreciate the information and insight. I do feel a bit better. I feel like the share price bouncing up and down between $0.40-$0.50 suggests that I'm not the only one who is uncertain about where we're headed in the near-term.

The idea that they might split the property to spin off separate areas for development is intriguing! I would say that if this was the intention, why not just wait until finalizing a deal and include some up-front cash from the JV as part of the agreement to fund that exploration?

I also appreciated the idea that further drilling puts us in a better bargaining position down the road (showing we can do it ourselves), so perhaps that is the play here.

I can't wait to see the other subscribers to the PP. Should be very instructive.

I would guess the the sale of the zinc property will be sold and the shareholders will receive those monies as a one time payment to shareholders.  We won't have to sell our shares to get the cash.  Then once in production shareholders will receive royalty dividends quarterly.  The copper and gold will be proven up and potentially sold off same as the Zinc property.  Chuck
