.04. My bet it is Rene and probably because there is another pp going to be happening at

.05 and he wants to have cash so he can exchange his shares for shares with cheap warrants. Time will tell but if pp is happening news should be out this week, if not tomorrow. Worst case senerio, insiders know bad news and are starting to sell before it is released. Share price doesn't have much more room to drop though before it starts trading in 1/2 cents.
