I also don't believe everything MF says, and true Reed might not want to cut the cord with them, but right now there are new prospects and they're not too happy about this price cutting/dumping either, but are willing to go forward.
Concerning all that volume? It could be insiders, could be MF, manipulators, here's a thought: Those holding large number of shares in cash accounts cross-sell at lower prices to multiple TFSA accounts that they (or close ones) own. The value stays the same between both hands (1ML shares @ .08 = $80K vs 16 x 100K (1.6ML) shares @ .05 = $80K) This way they get a nice little capital-loss break (from the cash acct) just before year-end and get setup to make big gains totally TAX FREE. I wish I had thought of that earlier:)
