RE: NewsThey had an agreement with Mineralfields and Joe and Joe didn't like the price and backed away. 

That part I get and being in business in flow through shares with Joe Dwek doesn't exactly augment the stock price.

So I get that part.  If they had an agreement at .10 and then settled for much less the market would not like that.

However, this consolidation idea?
