How long has this co. been involved with Mineralfields and what was the stock price when the first financing that was done with him matured (one week after it matured).
You will see a chart looks like a V. When Joe started is the top of the V. When Joe was finished is the bottom of the V. Then we go back to the top of the V.
Kirk is a bloody genius. The first guy I know who understands that there is no sense fighting Joe. Just get rid of him.
