RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Management

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Managementimo the question is: If(!) there will be a JV, will it make sense to releases it before a rollback or after. However, I am not shure the price will move up so or so. CDO is out of the focus of the market. A 1:5 rollback of todays 80 million shares will support an ongoing destruction of the shareprice. Too many player might believe price is up after the rollback ( 16 million shares OS) because of a rumour or whatever and they will sell. And, which is totally clear, management will continue to destroy the shareprice by new dilution to receive money. In 12 months - post-rollback - we will be back at 40 million shares....which is 200 million pre-rollback. A rollback is a total eyewash. A JV will no help at all, the opposite will happen. If major shareholder support a rollback, I would have to believe they are total idiots all of them without any experiences with this sharesplits. This helps shells....but not companies like CDO.
