The GWR cash, let alone the shares or anything from any other property, substantially exceeds the amount that is owed by CDO.
Of course, you are going to say you meant that CDO will waste the mone. What you wrote implies they will not have money to spend to actually persue the business. And that is misleading.
Of course, since you say you are a longtime big shareholder, we are to believe that you wouldn't just be here to point out negatives, like Radar. Perhaps you just like to whine, even though it does no good and obviously doesn't make you less upset.
