Rene Bernard - President, CEO, and Director Mr. Bernard is a director and officer of several public and private companies, and has a strong business background in a broad base of industries. He is also the Investment Manager for W&S Bernard Investment Ltd., a privately held operator of residential, commercial and retail properties in BC and Alberta. Sure does not make one feel good about the company when your President, and it sure looks like he has had the experience in the fleece buisness,is dumping.  When I see 2 cents on my few bucks I think I'll move on.

Correction, was president.  If you read company news releases Kirk Reed is now President and CEO of cdo.  Rene is now chairman and director.  Sometimes people sell shares to puchase stock options at a lower price you know.  I believe he and his family still own between 15 and 20 million shares in cdo, although in Aug when he resigned as president and ceo of the company
