Yes tradeforever  once the JV are effective....CDO will generate  more cash from the deal and more drilling from the JV increasing the value of the land even more .......CDO did work on some of the properties in the past and a JV will have to pay a good price for a partnership..Example the manPrime has about 2 million invested on this property up to now...The economy is starting to pick
