Price Action

Okay, please understand this is firstly a very short view of CDO and not a long term thought post.

With that said....

That was a very productive day I felt though it didn't look like it to look at just the price.  Day one is the big move. Day two is the secondary follow through.  Day three is the profit taking.  A long held pattern.

And for a day three, that was some awesome strength that should carry some follow through higher for CDO. We tested down all day, but no one was feeling any fear to trade it down again.

When the sellers realized there was nothing in the air to bring this down, the buyers stepped right back up.

I found the action yesterday to be bullish and am pleased I sold only a portion.

And why should it not be bullish.  It is in the most bullish sector that the world has seen in a very long time.

This same pattern has been going here at CDO for many weeks now. Despite millions of volume every day, there has been little or no change in s/p. Very odd. Not positive for CDO at all. If there was real interest in CDO from real investors, the s/p would increase significantly more than it has. What a pitiable state CDO truely is in.

sometimes I can't tell if the pumpers are actually posting to the right board. You do understand that a million shares traded of a 5 cent stock amounts to a grand total of $50,000... right??? Has anybody checked out the financial statements or the long term charts? Furthermore this is a stock that has almost no irons in the fire, insiders bailing and no cash to even ANALYZE the samples they ...more

Recent addition of good properties and share volume in the last 3 months portends this co. hooking onto the bull market .The last few months has had historical high volume . These shares at 6 cents will be in multiples within a reasonable time .This is an interesting play and is being accumulated by an expert i know in the REE field .The leverage here should be quite high going forward .
Comment by wildman2 on Jan 01, 2011 9:01pm
There is not a play in the REE sector that isn't going to fly.  I like this company, but even if I hated it, and most people hated it, it would still move up substantially in the next year. The macro story in REE is ridiculous.  It may just be the greatest macro story in investing in a decade. The supplier of 97 percent of the world China has decided to not let the world have any ...more

You just know something big is about to break when the bashers creep out of their hidings, radar and the blind dog, sounds like  catchy comedy title:)Yes, CDO is about to be delisted, so please sell any shares that you might be holding (which I seriously doubt) and go away! The big volume that brought down the rally of late November was non other than Joe D'Wreck, another one of his famous ...more

I agree with blackgold wholeheartedly.  Check out any stock price explosion.  It is preceded by a heightened volume prescence that in the early days has very little bearing on the price, then the price catches up to the volume finally..... and kaboom. What I like too is blackgold's prediction also has as its basis the fundamental knowledge that not only is this a plausible prediction ...more
