I don't know how many shares Joe has at CDO, so I can't say, but if you think Joe is shorting and doesn't have the ability to control the price and could possibly get squeezed, then you have no idea how in control and experienced at this that he is.

Do you really think that he would be shorting CDO, if there was a chance he could get squeezed?

I know more about EFG, so I will cite that as an example.  Joe owns 11 million shares of the 100 million float at EFG.  There is no news release that would squeeze him.  He can crush momentum anytime he wants.  The company recently had their NI where they had 6 billion dollars proven lithium/ree in the ground announced and Joe crushed momentum at a market cap of 30 million.

So check out how many shares Joe owns of CDO and then subtract it against what would be an excellent volume day at CDO and tell me if he could possibly get short squeezed on a day CDO shareholders and wouldbe shareholders get excited.

I am venturing a guess that whereever he might be shorting, he is feeling darn comfortable.

He can't get squeezed because he gets millions of warrants and options as part of his financings.  These would enable him to cover any run if he was short and had to cover.

Yes it's because somebody mentioned that in a post...I think he sold his shares to try to do the next PP at 5 cents and is now loosing control ...There was close to 60 million shares traded in the last 2 months and 15 million traded in one day...I think he doesn't have to many shares left and there are new investors that bought them...If there is that much interest in CDO from the new ...more

"It would be best interest if CDO doesn't do business with MF anymore."Amen to that!

Yeap, I think we can all second that Amen. I wonder, is there any one here that has experience with Joe from years ago that knows what he ultimately does with his shenanigans stocks as a lot of time passes. I would love to be able to draw on his experience to learn what he ultimately does to a stock that he has been manipulating/shorting/shenanigansing/ for long periods of time. I know what he has ...more

Commodity companies have another understanding of which might be in their best interest :If  a compnay does not find money, investors and can sell private placements to investors.....they offer shars toMineral fields as MF buys big time .....and CDO will do it again. Be shure.I leanred one thing for shure: Commodity stocks do not take care for diltution within those many years they want to ...more

trader, and others concerned about bad news Joe, CDO has learned it's lesson with MF, in my last conversation with KR he mentioned that they want them out (even as their ceo was flatly denying of any selling) and their lawyers were looking to use all means available to make that happen. But MF is still fighting to keep their PP or renew it at a lower sp.Now they have real investors, look for a ...more

I just see still tons of shares going from strange hands (whre did they got all those multi million shares from????????????????) .....and the price does neither go up nor hold. Sorry, but meanwhile, after so many years, this stinks enormously! While all the years Bernard has been the CEO, I can not remember two months like those last ones with 50% dumped shares and still daily volumes like this ...more

How many shares does Dwek have trade4ever?Are you suggesting that Kirk Reed is trying to somehow shake out and shakedown his own shareholders?  I just felt like today's shakeout was purposeful. There was little volume and no fear. The market overall was fine, in fact, the venture was crawling up positively nicely through out the afternoon .No news for CDO.  Other Ree were ...more
