The future .....

Re: Trade4ever’s last post about the new investors, either being stupid for buying so many shares before a consolidation; or they didn’t know about it because Reed didn’t tell them; or the new investors don’t exist.  How about a fourth option: the new investors are the ones insisting on it.  I’m not wearing rose coloured glasses, and know that consolidations are usually not good.  But that isn’t always the case.  These guys know what they are doing, and already heavily committed, and aren’t going to cut their own throats with the share consolidation.  There will be games and a major battle over the next little while between the new investors and MF and the retail investors that will dump into this news.  I am trying to stay above all this and sticking with my approach that the self-interest of the investors will benefit us as well. I am staying in and not dumping. And if it drops to .03 or lower I am buying a lot more.  I already own a lot, and so have lots lose.  Good luck to us all.

Someone here mentioned Minerfields might dump just before the consolidation to punish CDO and bring the post consolidated share price down. My understanding is the share consolidation is just that. There is no post consolidated price they can set - it is a roll back of the shares only.  The market decides what the ...more

I suspect they will not let it slide like some companies do after the consolidation, because of their already large position. Well with only 6 million shares outstanding post consolidation it will not be hard to support the price.

smithgee,....you do not honestly believe we will have 6 million shars after the split for more the four weeks! The first thing Reed does after the split is to offer a private placement of 10 to 20 million shares. This will hammer the market cap even more down and we will be back at 20 to 30 million shares with a finger snap! Do not dream.....I have been dreaming here too long, much too long! It ...more
