Intersting hint of yours: The most important part of this companies meeting was :"...........The current board of directors have a minimal share ownership positionin Mediterranean which arguably does not align its interests with theinterests of the shareholders of the Corporation......."This is how I see Reed in CDO. Reed annouces a share consolidation which is NOT at all in the interest ...more
