The big exchange was done, Jitney and TD loaded up while others dumped and now they're gone, back to the slow days. I agree,  this was a a calculated move by the big holders to drop the sp and increase their holdings. I only missed buying these 2 days, but will try now to get some at .035

All things considered, I'm still believing in this co. Reed mentioned to me about this RS request from the major holders weeks before the news, he didn't have to if it was a dirty trick up his sleeve? The pieces fit together for me.

Planing a consolidation against the interest of the majority of shareholder and receiving the acceptance by this majority.......this are two pairs of shoes ! I just  recommend: If the Proxis are published - vote AGAINST ! Everybody....even if one does hold 1000 shares only !!!This vote is in YOUR interest!

The only thing that would prevent a consolidation right now if CDO lines up a good JVIt is their last straw money doesn't grow on trees....and CDO won't do another financing at 5 centsIt's risky but miracles happen
