Those are not new shares - those are from a previous financing and being trasferred to one of Mineralfields' other holding companies.  And now we know who for sure is selling right now: MF (Dwek).  This is the last of his holdings, for now - unless CDO breaks out above .10 and then MF will have all those .10 and .20 warrants to exercise and dump.

Thank you CrashSurvivor.  A very important distinction that this is not a new commitment to each other, but the continuation, and hopefully, conclusion to the last commitment.  For me, ending a relationship with Mineralfields is the single most important thing this company can do to recover its share value and augment its share value to numbers that even the most pessimistic can be happy
