Looks like CDO JV'd one of their non-core assets (the "Summer" property) - this will help get some money in the till so they can focus on the more promising properties:

And it looks like Pepper Rock has gone legit – remember, Pepper Rock has to expend a total of $2,750,000 in exploration and development of the Man/Prime over a four-year period.
