what is likely to be a very busy month!  The year end financials will be coming out later in the month, but much more importantly the special shareholders meeting to determine the ratio of the share consolidation needs to take place before the end of the month.  I know they said 4:1 in the original agreements, but I am hoping they go more like 10:1 so we can get into dollar land much sooner and welcome some larger investors.  Lastly, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see an acquisition coupled with the consolidation for some extra punch!!

So Pennies, the AGM is announced for May 24 and they noted the consolidation to get the price on the warrants to 5 cents or more. So assuming no market change with consolidating then a 10:1 would put the SP at .75 and the warrants price at .40, I think. Or they could do as low as the minimum to get the warrant to 5 cents, I guess it would be 1.25/1. Is there something up that makes you think they ...more

Yes that is correct on the consolidation, and from what I understand the CEO and COO both agree that 10:1 makes the most sense (as do I).  Regarding another acquisition, that is their current business plan and they still have lots of money from the raise, to be honest I expected they would have done another one by now.  The goal is to do if before the consolidation, which is why it is ...more
