What happens if they are not complying? Also, what the hell is going on with this stock price anyways?

Looks like it was just related to the change of transfer agent, nothing to worry about!  I'm really looking forward to them releasing some 2024 guidance and any updates they may have for the workover program and any new drilling.  It should be a very exciting year!

Looking at the numbers the share price is actually pretty comically low right now.  Just the Bulu value alone from the December LOI is about equal to the current market cap, and they also have cash on hand equivalent to another multiple of said market cap.  That doesn't even include the massive acquisition and 1000 barrels per day from Mont D'Or, or more importantly the obvious ...more

I feel that due to the long time it took to close Mont D'Or and now the Bulu deal hanging out there in limbo, many potential investors are impatient and skeptical of their ability to execute the business plan efficiently in the short term.  That being said, as soon as they can start announcing some clear progress and building value in the near term, the interest should grow very quickly!  ...more

Yes this is my general feeling as well.  I actually have a long list of family, friends, and colleagues with deep pockets who I intend to put this stock on their radar, but it is not something I am fully comfortable doing until the overall picture becomes clearer, and I have more clarity on actual expected profits.  From what I can tell, through the Mont D'Or acquistion, and at a ...more
