3 3D,s one 2 1/2 DForgot, Contact now has in its hands now a good 3D of Stoney Creek from this summer. This is really the first good seismic on this field in 100 years. It will be most intersting to see what they can do with this field. Up top and down lower in this most complex formation.
Three 3D,s in the Maritimes are:
1. Contact, Stoney Creek N.B.
2. Corridor, McCully N.B.
3. Petroworth, PEI
The 2 1/2D referers jokingly to Husky/EOG at Truro N. S. Hardwood Lands, they had such a hard time getting into the woods they had to make a major modifications to the 3D program. The problem in the woods was no access as the damage from hurrican Juan that layed down and tangled trees in that area .
Two 3D plays are being drilled now, Husky, Corridor and two 3D targets pending soon Corridor and Petroworth.
