New CEO Ed HuebertThe hiring of Ed is so sad for what I saw as a great company with so much potential. Anyone that has worked with Ed, knows he barely knows how to use a computer. He is a career critic and only supports people that are in his corner, and can not handle being criticised himself. He spends his days talking on the phone with peers, and cant write without all the material he produces being reviewed and edited thoroughly due to horrible grammar and spelling. For a modern, up and coming company, Ed represents everything a modern mining company doesnt want to be. As soon as the announcement was made, I stepped away from any potential investment in this company.
