1) Increase in valuation based on 'lil deer. You have to be blind not to see that the 3ish new holes will mirror the historic holes in the shallow part of the deposit and that will add millions of tonnes once they drill it more in 2011.
2) Lake Profit from AMC - either they get it back from AMC in the arbitration or AMC agrees to pay THR about $1,000,000 sometime near the end of this year and thereafter. No way around this one......it is one or the other. If Lake Pellieter does drop in THR's lap that is a free mine with the capital investment already carried out by a 3rd party (AMC). How is that not the best gift?!?! From there THR could either JV with someone for quick $$$ or sell the entire package for a ton of $$$.
3) Lebel gold property is a wild card. QMI is next door to not only the property but in office space. Lebel, I have heard, is an extension of a gold stream nextdoor.......
I think 30ish cents shortly based on 'lil deer. If Lake Pellieter comes back - much higher. Lebel, no clue.
