RE:RE:ConsolidationCGP management and board are now puppets on a string for the major shareholders who came in on the last two rounds of financings. They collectively own more than 50% of the company and this SP consolidation is for them and them alone. Im one whose been an investor from the beginning of Cornerstone. Im among those who supported the company through thick and thin. None of that matters anymore as he who has the gold rules and the major SH have the gold so to speak. The only chance to stop this is if enough SH vote against it. CGP needs 66% of those who vote to vote in favour for this to pass. Typically only about 60% of SH vote the annual meetings. Do the math. All the major SH will vote for sure. Even if all the others who vote, vote against it, it will be still be approved by a 83% in favour vote. I plan to let the company know of my displeasure with this. Hopefully enough will do so to make them reconsider this very bad decision. IMO
