RE:RE:CourtCornerstone has 120 days from receipt of the BFS to elect to fund its 15% (or dilute), but I doubt SOlGold will complete the BFS by the end of 2020, and even then they will need to negotiate the development agreement with the Ecuador government (which cannot be done until the BFS is completed showing how much of a government royalty the project can bear), so CGP still have almost 2 years, maybe more before it would be called on to fund its share.
I believe that BHP, NCM or some other major will want to buy 100% of Cascabel if the BFS is positive, which is highly probable. I don’t even think they will want to let SOLGold do the BFS as they would want to manage that and insert their own engineering teams before (not after) completion of the BFS.
