The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue $300,000 principal amount secured convertible debentures to settle outstanding debt for $300,000.

 

Convertible debentures:  $300,000 principal amount

 

 

Conversion price:  principal is convertible into common shares at 10 cents per share

 

 

Maturity date:   18 months from Sept. 30, 2023

 

 

Interest rate:  12 per cent per annum

 

 

Number of creditors:  one creditor

 

 

Insider/pro group participation:   nil
