The Issue - Funding the Acquisitions

Does this company have enough money to buy the Northwood assets for $3.6M? If not, is anybody worried abuot the next equity raise? 

I see the last issue - expires today - was at $.12. I am curious to see how much they were able to raise. 

I believe I am lookoing at 3 rounds of funding since the reverse takeover; 40 cents, 20 cents, and 12 cents. 

ALso - does NOBODY know what is happenidn with that hydrogen plant in Tracey-Sorel? Is it being built, who owns it, revenue projections....literally anythign yuo can provide on that woudl be helpful to me as I do my deep dive on CH.

Hi, at this time nothing is build in Sorel Tracy, only clean land with a sign. Same thing since a couple of month.

Thanks for passing this infro along. The comapny calls for the facility to be open in Q1 of 2023; this is sounding unlikely based on your description of the site.

Did you check this up in person? So basically nothing happened since last June when they took the picture with the first shovel? I'm struggling to understand their plan of action. Legault is desperate to give money for green hydrogen in Qc, but they seem to be more obsessed by buying hydroplants in the US.

This is a concern for me as well. The "green hydrogen" strategy this comapny seems to have been financed on, seems to have morphed into a "buy some little hydro-plants from a Canadian-Family" strategy.  Now I am not saying there is anythign wrong with that - or right with that - but.... well sometimes changing a strategy means you never had a good strategy in the first
