CHANNEL ISSUES OPTIONS, FILES ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Channel Resources Ltd. has granted options to buy 100,000 common shares to certain directors and officers of the company at an exercise price of 11.5 cents per share for a period of five years pursuant to the company's stock option plan.
The company also advises that it has filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended Sept. 30, 2007, on SEDAR, together with its management discussion and analysis for the same period.
