Its pretty obvious the  6,000,000 shares issued in the private placement has destroyed the share price and the feeling I had for this company.
 A few more announcements and hopefully the stock will start trading again at a half decent price.

What the hell are you talking about? The last PP was for 20MM  shares not 6MM and that was closed a month ago so those shares are not tradable until September...Are you lost, buddy?

You must be new at this...Like I said, the PP is not even tradeable for another 3 months. Besides, why would doing a PP at  $.34 have caused us to go down to .21? You're not making much sense. You should be very happy that we we're able to raise money at that price before it dropped. I'm just as frustrated as you with the sp's performance as of late but please get your facts

 So your telling me the sp .41 on the day of the announcment  4/8/11 had nothing to do with the price starting to drop the next day. You must be new at this.

I don't know what part of this is so difficult for you to understand.First of all, we were at .40 for ONE DAY! The day before that we were at .32. Are you following so far? Good. Two weeks before that we were at .17! Are you seriously suggesting that they should have attempted to raise money at .40?
