seems like a solid deal at fair price in the current market and its priced in USD with CAD lagging right now. should be worth .60 on the tsx if goes through SEA can match or bid higher.
just depends what they do with the cash. even a .20 dividend then buy a smaller property and have cash on hand is good enough for me. but to sell now with 30M USD coming in Feb is silly.
we know now also that the property is worth at least 35M in this market even if the deal does not go through.
