Mullen and Heitrich own 51.26% of Insider shares
If Cordy consolidates 5 to 1 like they have been talking about then there will only be 46,232,396 total shares outstanding with insiders owning 44%, leaving only 25,890,141 shares trading in the public market. If CKK consolidates, get ready for the acquisitions to start soon after.

This will not happen! Please check the company stocks history. There was no consolidation since 1999. Otherwise it will impact the shareholders and the insiders capitals.

lol who knows. I've held so long I forget I have it other than the quarterly reports. they seem like a resilient operation I'm going to keep holding I think their time will come...I like the acquisitions
