What our ceo and board agreed on deal with bassada make me Wonder what terms and conditions did they agree with bassada re extending our debt with talent which is again bassada and friend I think even our chief scientist at kly was working with talent and friends with bassada.   Isn’t this definition of CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND INSIDER INFORMATION/TRADING EASY TO PROVE EVEN IF ITS UNDER ANOTHER COMPANY/NAME
