The best option KLY could come up with was to "sell" back a more developed asset at the original price? Leaving itself with literally nothing but the potential to possibly acquire another company, with another phase 1 drug that needs developing and all its investors holding the bag?

On top of the fact that all the management seem to be connected with eachother, what are we supposed to think here?
