well one of 2 things happened there:
1) He did speak to Rob who made him (Maui) look like a straight up idiot(possible, considering the failure to file happened under Robs watch)

2) Maui was full of shiet and playing on everyone's shoestring patience for this halt- lets not forget that people have been saying "AnY dAy NoW" for the last few months.

Moral of the story, dont believe anything outside of NR's and KLY has been terrible at NR's.
